Function Specific Activities:
Demonstrate selling skills including, but not limited to, approaching and acknowledgeing, identifying needs, suggesting, and closing, in order to promote sales and a positive experience for the customer.
Demonstrate features and benefits of merchandise and products in order to educate the customer and promote sales.
Handle POS transactions and/or ticketing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Obtain and maintain knowledge of the history of the company in order to communicate effectively with guests.
Maintain visual and merchandise standards at all times.
Engage the customer and others utilizing the "FISH" philosophy in order to create excitement and promote fun for guests and peers.
Support consumer and customer programs (e.g., youth participation programs, consumer promotions, hospitality and merchandising programs) in order to fulfill local brand and business objectives.
