DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview:
This role will assist Retail and Attractions store operations leadership to better manage the guests service operations at the World of Coca Cola, Airport, Las Vegas and North Avenue EKO stores. This position although (exception hourly) will provide increased managment coverage for multiple locations that exceed over thirty million dollars in annual sales This role will assist the associate managers with daily operational tasks, verify registers/ managers funds, monitor breaks and lunches for efficiency, process returns/ refunds, act as a key holder and open/close locations, prepare daily zone chart, break sheets, adhere to opening and closing checklists. The role will provide direction to sales and guest relations associates.
Function Specific Activities:
Provide necessary crowd control outside and throughout the facility including organization of lines and the ability to communicate with large groups and fellow team members
Greet and engage guests throughout the museum, in a role as an ambassador for The Coca-Cola Company and the city of Atlanta.
Provide direction, leadership and coaching to members of a project team you are leading.
Function as the source of knowledge about The Coca-Cola Company, its products and history.
Demonstrate features and benefits of merchandise and products in order to educate the customer and promote sales.
Manage requests and distribution of inventory for additional store locations, including but not limited to, receiving orders, pulling and packaging merchandise properly and transporting inventory.
Perform data transactions for inventory control items by using facility information systems to ensure product, ingredient and material traceability.
Conduct private tours through acquiring the skills necessary to become a certified VIP tour guide.
Perform and provide customer service through character portrayal as a uniformed 1930's Soda Jerk in Barnes Soda Fountain.
Handle POS transactions and/or ticketing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Education:High school diploma; GED equivalent Related Work Experience:At least 2 years Core Competencies:
