Water Treatment Technology- Sales Manager An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Manager to join an innovative organization offering state-of-the-art water treatment solutions. Accountabilities
* Champion sales growth in your assigned region * Build a regional sales team * Partner with marketing to create an effective sales strategy * Participate in business development initiatives to drive business expansion and open new market segments * Provide technical support to sales reps * Provide sales leadership and administrative functions to support your sales team * Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to sales team * Generate periodic sales metrics and reporting * Maintain short and longterm sales plans and forecasts Qualifications:
§ BS or MS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related § Sales experience inthe water treatment industry required § Technical knowledge with HVAC, plumbing, and/or cooling systems * Established customer & contact base within the water treatment industry § Experience in new product introduction § Sales management experience including recruiting & mentoring sales reps * Aggressive and entrepreneurial * Strategic thinker with proven sales process skills * Self-starter with ability to achieve success through their own independent efforts
