A growing organization is looking for an accomplished individual to join the company as Vice President of Finance. This is a fast paced organization that is quickly expanding and looking for an individual with a proven track record of guiding organizations through growth periods. As the Vice President of Finance, your responsibilities will consist of, but will not be limited to the following:
1.) Provide leadership within the organization to develop and drive operational improvements and profitability 2.) Perform budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and acquisition analysis in order to continue the organization's growth 3.) Work directly with other corporate executives in order to perform tax planning, risk management and corporate structuring
4.) Interact frequently with high profile customers and board of director members
5.) Work with lending institutions and private equity firms in order to secure funding for the organization
