Stockroom Supervisor
There is an immediate opening for a Stock Supervisor in our Hard Rock Hotel location in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Maintains the flow of merchandise in and out of the stock area, be it through up stock, shipments of new merchandise, transfers, or consolidations. Prepares and processes any customer shipment for delivery by UPS, FedEx, by courier, or through the US Postal System. Knowledge of the store's merchandise, back stock, and layout. Responsible for receiving all merchandise shipments (either from the warehouse or through charge-sends) and immediately reports any discrepancies to the Store Manager. Organizes the stock area including merchandise supplies and display materials. Alerts the General Manager whenever supply requisitions need to be submitted to Retail Operations for any item used at store level (packaging supplies, shipping supplies, housekeeping supplies etc.) Can be called upon to address any cleaning or maintenance issues that occur on the sales floor or in the stock room. Is responsible for the proper folding or hanging of all merchandise in the stock area. Assists Managers with transfers, markdowns, and consolidations and works to insure their accuracy. Assists the Management Team with inventory preparations and participates in the actual Inventory.
