Quality Improvement & Implemenation DirectorTracking Code222362-005Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Zone Director of Quality Improvement & Implementation (QII) is responsible for the creation and implementation of operational improvement programs throughout Concentra Medical Centers. The goal of this position is increased medical center efficiencies, cost reduction, and an improved "Patient Experience". The Director of QII will facilitate quality tracking throughout the Concentra Medical Centers and recommend/track remediation for those items out of compliance Additionally, the Director of QII will serve as operational project manager of acquisitions; communicating across the disciplines Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal and external) first and displaying: * A healing focus * A selfless heart * A tireless resolve MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide exceptional internal and external service by demonstrating welcoming, respectful and skillful behaviors.
Zone, Region, and Area Responsibility:
* Responsible for creating, piloting, implementing and compliance monitoring of operational improvement programs, initiatives and processes that will result in increased efficiency, cost reduction, improved customer service (PER & NPS), in coordination with other team and zone leaders. * Identify current operational processes and procedures and assess for improvement opportunities. * Work collaboratively with Zone, Area and Market leadership to identify and understand operational challenges that may require modification. * Maintain consistent and fluid communication with Zone, Area and Market leadership regarding center/field findings, concerns and ideas relative to operational improvement ideas as well as providing consistent feedback relative to center/market compliance. * Act as field representative and operational voice in the management and oversight of new and existing initiatives that effect center operations.
QII Team Responsibility: * Open and fluid communication with all other business entities effecting center operations
* Work closely with all leadership at the center/area/zone levels, providing oversight and reinforcement of accountability and field compliance with projects, initiatives and implementation initiatives.
* Identify best practices across organization and develop methodology for accelerating adoption across all entities.
* Project manage center acquisitions, consolidations, closures, and denovos in concert with area and zone leadership.
Audit Facilitation:
* Coordinate internal non financial audits in centers in zone of responsibility.
* Audit internal processes and procedures to further support compliance and efficiencies gained by respective operational programs and initiatives.
* Oversee and assist with Center Audit Program
* Work integrally and assist Quality Improvement & Implementation team in an effort to effectively create, communicate and provide the necessary materials and support to all field operators across all company entities. This includes the delivery of such materials to the applicable field operator groups across all entities
* Attend weekly staff meetings
* Perform other duties as assigned
