Position Summary:


1-800-REGISTRY, LLCis a one-of-a-kind company dedicated to providing the best wedding planning service possible and, through that service, building a meaningful relationship with engaged and married couples. Our relationship extends through their wedding, their wedding registries, their honeymoon, their new home and into their new life together. We are currently seeking a Concierge Supervisor to join our friendly team of professionals.












· Ensure corporate and location-specific policies are consistently being followed including schedule adherence
· Meet or exceed established sales targets in a commissioned environment
· Assist in managing the operational aspects of the team, to include:
o Assisting in scheduling
o Assisting in reducing labor costs by utilizing team members effectively
o Ensuring timely completion of issues and finding coverage of open shifts due to absences
o Assisting in reporting and tracking of metrics
o Assisting in the monitoring of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
o Dissemination of leads and accounts
· Take responsibility for solving guest issues in a timely fashion with a sense of urgency. Follow up on issues to ensure that there is a positive resolution. Manage elevated issues professionally


Responsibilities:
As the Concierge Supervisor, you willdriveresults through effective leadership, which includes coaching, mentoring, and training the Concierge teamof 10-15 employeesby performing the following duties.


Requirements

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, enthusiastic and energetic person who is detail and customer-oriented and has excellent sales focus. They will bring previous high-touch customer service skills, superb computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to the team.
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) fromafour-yearcollege or Universityor one to two years related experience and/or training
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; E-mail and Internet navigation.
