Call Center Customer Service Representative
Third party verification firm seeking customer service oriented individuals to assist consumers with verification of swithing telephone and power suppliers.

Requirements:
Associates will be assisting customers taking inbound calls and providing basic customer service while verifing basic information, Associates must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Saturday. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months previous customer service experience, type a minimum of 20 words per minute, must have the ability to Speak & Read English, pass a nationwide criminal background check and drug testing. This position does not includes sales or outbound calling. Billingual English/Spanish a PLUS!
