Sales Specialist-Mountain Division

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist for multiple communities in the Mountain Division of Emeritus. This position can be based out of Seattle, Las Vegas or Denver. This exciting and challenging opportunity serves to stimulate census and assist identified communities in meeting budgeted occupancy and revenue goals. The Sales Specialist is considered an /"expert/" closer and is proficient in all Community Relations/Marketing Director activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Filling in as Director of Community Relations/Marketing Director as needed.


• Acting as Sales Coach to current and/or new Director of Community Relations/Marketing Director.


• Providing training to all key personnel in community to support marketing and sales goals.


• Participating in the development and implementation of new services/programs including design, packaging, pricing, promotion, etc.

The ideal candidate:

• A self-motivated team player with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.


• Two years experience in assisted living as Director of Community Relations or Marketing Director.


• Proven track record in sales.


• Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing concepts including sales, sales training; market analysis, market planning, advertising, and public relations.

Extensive local travel required.
